"Oh you so need to get yourself an HTC Touch Pro.

I have had a Blackberry Bold for nearly 6-weeks now, its really not close to the Touch Pro.

Being able to touch the screen, use finger motions etc. eliminates the need for the ball on the bold.

Pocketwit on the Touch is as good or better than anything on the Apple, while Twitstat makes twitter useable on the Bold, its just a browser app after all.

Do you use tethering to connect your laptop to the net via the Bold? No, I guessed not. The Touch Pro with Windows Mobile does this easily and simply.

Also, while I understand this is likely to be a corperate condition, since all data flows through the Blackberry servers and corporate pay for the data, have you tried downloading podcasts onto the Bold? Do you use realplayer to steram live audio/video on the bold? Probably not... excluding YouTube that is. Again, simple on the Touch Pro.

The most useless function on the Touch pro, the onboard FM radio, never used it!

The big plus for the Bold is the corporate server push for updates to N&A Book, Calendar, email. But with Blackberry Connect now available for Windows Mobile and the HTC, I'd rather use the HTC Touch Pro even if I have to license the software myself.

I bought my Touch Pro Amsterdam airport unlock, no contract. I'm also interested in the Palm Pre though..."
