AMD and HP collaborate to provide a competitive solution for Purdue University’s new Coates HPC cluster, currently the world’s largest entirely academic 10 Gigabit Ethernet cluster, giving faculty from a variety of research groups the ability to run computations for gene sequencing analysis, nanotechnology circuit design, among other areas.
